August 10, 2025

🌍 A Month in Motion

July turned up the heat - and the flight plans.
Across 1,110 active airports, business and private aviation saw summer peaks with holiday routes dominating. From the French Riviera to the Greek islands, the skies were crowded not with strangers, but with repeat summer favourites.

🏆 Top Arrival Airports (Jets + Turboprops)

  1. Nice Côte d’Azur (LFMN) – 2,983 arrivals – The undisputed summer gateway to the Riviera, where every other jet seems to carry sun hats and champagne.
  2. Paris Le Bourget (LFPB) – 2,688 arrivals – A year-round business hub that still keeps a strong summer presence.
  3. Olbia Costa Smeralda (LIEO) – 1,885 arrivals – This Sardinian gem climbed into the top three for the first time this year, riding the wave of high-season traffic to Costa Smeralda’s luxury resorts and turquoise bays.

🔁 Top Routes of July

  • LFPB (Paris-Le Bourget) → LFMN (Nice-Côte d'Azur) – 203 flights

✈️ Jet of the Month – Cessna Citation Jet

Not every summer story is about crossing oceans — sometimes it’s about making the most of the moments between them. The Cessna Citation Jet is built for exactly that: quick hops, last-minute getaways, and effortless access to airports where bigger jets simply can’t land.

From Olbia’s turquoise shores to the whitewashed charm of Mykonos, Citation Jets spend the summer weaving together Europe’s most coveted destinations. They slip into shorter runways, fit into tighter schedules, and still deliver the comfort and speed that make private aviation addictive.

It’s the aircraft that thrives when the itinerary is full, the distances short, and the memories waiting just a flight away.

July reminded us that private aviation thrives where the sea meets the runway. Whether it’s a heavy jet crossing continents or a Citation Jet hopping between islands, summer skies are best enjoyed at 41,000 feet.
